Noémie, a luxury French furniture brand, sought to elevate its digital presence to better reflect its core values of timeless craftsmanship, sustainable practices, and personalized customer service. The challenge was to provide solutions for responsibly disposing of old furniture, offer designer assistance for new selecting pieces, and seamlessly blend these features with the brand’s luxurious identity and French heritage.

PROBLEM

Customers want furniture made from sustainable materials, personalized design consultations, and a hassle-free way to dispose of old furniture. The current shopping experience lacks an integrated solution that combines these needs in a smooth, user-friendly way.


SOLUTION

Noémie’s offers a flawless, intuitive experience, allowing customers to shop sustainable furniture, customize pieces to their preferences, access design consultations, and easily arrange for old furniture disposal through partnerships with local charities—all in one place. 


TARGET AUDIENCE

  • Demographics: Affluent, environmentally-conscious individuals aged 30-50, typically homeowners or interior designers, with a focus on premium, eco-friendly products.
